What sets me apart is the path I chose when the wellness world felt crowded with conflicting advice. Messaging from dietitians, doctors, nutritionists, health coaches, personal trainers, holistic healers, and even nutraceutical companies often pointed in different directions. Instead of choosing one lane, I became credentialed across several of them. By studying dietetics, exercise physiology, health coaching, and personal training, I learned to cut through misinformation, reconcile competing perspectives, and uncover what truly works.
