Meet Your Nutritionist

My wellness expertise sprouted roots in an unexpected environment: the corporate world. Prioritizing work and my social life over my health came at a cost, but it also led to a mission grounded in functional nutrition and integrated health.

“This is more than a shift in healthcare; it’s a movement. And your participation is critical.”

HOW IT STARTED

At 22, I landed my dream job working in financial services at a Big Four public accounting firm. It was a moment I had spent years working toward, and one that marked the start of my next big chapter. My elation quickly gave way to disenchantment.

I started feeling increasingly fatigued from demanding hours, constant pressure, and mounting stress. I tried balancing this with a vibrant social life, often accompanied by happy hours, weekend outings, a poor diet, and very little sleep. But I convinced myself I was fine since I was regularly running and practicing Pilates. At that time, I believed that staying active and leaning on quick health hacks was enough to counter the years I’d spent pushing my body beyond its limits. But unsurprisingly, my digestive system crashed.

“It took time and persistence, but my digestive system began to heal. No quick fixes. No shortcuts. No magical products or pills. Just effort and results.”

I was desperate to get better, trying every treatment conventional medicine had to offer, but nothing worked. I reached a point where sipping water triggered sharp abdominal pains and intense digestive upset. Despite seeing some of the best-trained doctors in the field, no one could offer lasting relief. So, I started searching for answers through a more holistic lens.

HOW I GOT HERE

I immersed myself in research, testing supplements, experimenting with new dietary strategies, and pushing through various exercise regimens for anything that might help. Temporary fixes came and went, but nothing truly helped. Eventually, I discovered a combination of diet and lifestyle interventions that shifted everything, and I finally experienced progress. It took time and persistence, but my digestive system began to heal. No quick fixes. No shortcuts. No magical products or pills. Just effort and results.

“There is no one-size-fits-all solution. You need to find what works for you, and just as importantly, have the resources and guidance to stay consistent.”

That experience revealed something profound: stress that’s consistently supressed can manifest as real physiological responses in the body that require attention. It changed the course of my life and ignited my passion for helping others find a renewed sense of vitality through functional health. Ultimately, I left the corporate world and committed myself to preventive health to help others take charge of their well-being before imbalance becomes illness.

MY Credentials

Initially, I became a Certified Nutrition Coach to deepen my understanding of holistic health, but the more I learned, the more curious I became. That curiosity led me to earn a Master’s in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University, earn standing as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and ultimately, to become a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian.

HOW IT’S GOING

Today, I have nearly a decade of experience guiding clients through changes that truly move the needle. Together, we build sustainable habits around food, movement, and mindset. Naturally, I address other core areas, including stress management, gut and metabolic health, and physical performance. These directly influence hormones that regulate hunger, fullness, digestion, cravings, fat storage, and metabolism.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution. You need to find what works for you, and just as importantly, have the resources and guidance to stay consistent. My program is designed to do exactly that. It’s not a meal plan, it’s a research-driven framework that targets root causes, enhances physical performance, enriches mental health, and aligns your daily habits with your values.

“New supplements, fad diets, longevity hacks, and food trends are constantly introduced, promising quick, convenient results. Most are ineffective, while some create additonal health concerns.”

My approach is rooted in balance and will help you look and feel your absolute best. It encourages healing from the inside out and transforming your relationship with food, exercise, your body, and your mind.

WHERE IT’S HEADED

Any industry where profit can be maximized by perpetuating the problem will inevitably face a conflict of interest. U.S. consumers spend over $500 billion annually on the wellness industry, which continues to expand at an astonishing rate. New supplements, fad diets, longevity hacks, and food trends are constantly introduced, promising quick, convenient results. Most are ineffective, while some create additional health concerns.

Meanwhile, U.S. healthcare spending has reached nearly $5 trillion in 2025, yet only 4% is allocated toward preventive care. The leading causes of death in this country remain conditions that are preventable and manageable through nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior change.

As a practitioner in preventive healthcare, I believe we have a unique and extraordinary opportunity to lead a new era of care, one that doesn't wait for disease to occur before taking action. By integrating the strengths of holistic and clinical care, we can create truly personalized, evidence-based solutions that support long-term well-being.

This is more than a shift in healthcare; it’s a movement. And your participation is critical. Together, we’re reshaping the future of wellness into one that empowers, educates, and heals at the root.
