A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) candidate and nutrition coach with nearly a decade of experience in holistic health. I hold a Master’s in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University, along with NASM certifications in Personal Training and Corrective Exercise.

My approach integrates advanced clinical knowledge with evidence-based practice and strategies to help others create meaningful, lasting change. It’s designed to uncover and address the deeper barriers to sustainable health, whether that means navigating mental health challenges, digestive concerns, performance plateaus, or simply the demands of a fast-paced lifestyle.

We all reach a point where we need to pause, reassess, and approach life and health with renewed clarity and adaptability. Having transitioned from the corporate world myself, I understand how difficult it can be to prioritize wellness amid deadlines and demands.
