SARA SUBHANI
Before becoming a dietitian, I spent years in the corporate world, where long hours, a busy social life, and an even busier schedule often left my health at the bottom of the list. That experience shaped how I practice today, with an understanding that better health has to work within a full life, not compete with it.
As a practitioner in preventive healthcare, I believe we have a unique and extraordinary opportunity to lead a new era of care, one that doesn't wait for disease to occur before taking action.
Rooted in Experience.
From chasing success to redefining what it means.
What began with a certification in nutrition coaching grew into a deeper pursuit of the science behind health. I went on to earn a Master’s in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University and become a Registered Dietitian, while continuing to expand my expertise through personal training and exercise science.

HOW IT STARTED
From chasing success to redefining what it means to live a healthier, more balanced life.
Before becoming a dietitian, I spent years in the corporate world, where long hours, a busy social life, and an even busier schedule often left my health at the bottom of the list.
I had worked hard to build the career I wanted, but the demands of work and my social life came at a cost. Constant pressure, fatigue, poor sleep, and inconsistent eating habits gradually affected how I felt.
I thought running, practicing Pilates, and trying quick health fixes would be enough to balance everything. Instead, I began to realize that being active alone did not address what my body needed.
My digestive health eventually became impossible to ignore. It pushed me to look beyond quick solutions and understand the connection between nutrition, stress, movement, and everyday habits.
That experience changed the way I understood health.
It took time and persistence to understand what my body needed. Lasting change was not about shortcuts or miracle products. It was about consistency, understanding, and practical changes that worked for my life.
HOW I GOT HERE
What began with a certification in nutrition coaching grew into a deeper pursuit of the science behind health.
I immersed myself in research and explored different approaches to nutrition, movement, and lifestyle. Over time, I learned that meaningful progress comes from understanding the person as a whole, rather than relying on a single strategy.
This experience shaped my approach to preventive healthcare. I wanted to help people understand their bodies, recognize the factors affecting their health, and build habits that fit their everyday lives.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Health strategies should reflect the individual, bringing together the right knowledge, practical guidance, and habits that can be sustained over time.

As a practitioner in preventive healthcare, I believe we have a unique and extraordinary opportunity to lead a new era of care, one that doesn't wait for disease to occur before taking action.
What began with a certification in nutrition coaching grew into a deeper pursuit of the science behind health. I went on to earn a Master's in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University and become a Registered Dietitian, while continuing to expand my expertise through personal training and exercise science.
My experience across nutrition, exercise physiology, and health coaching helps me connect the dots, see the whole picture, and develop practical strategies around each person's needs, goals, and everyday life.
MY Credentials
Initially, I became a Certified Nutrition Coach to deepen my understanding of holistic health, but the more I learned, the more curious I became. That curiosity led me to earn a Master’s in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University, earn standing as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and ultimately, to become a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian.
WHERE IT'S HEADED
A more personalized, evidence-based approach to health that starts before illness takes hold.
ROOTED IN PREVENTION
Better health begins when we look beyond symptoms and start understanding the person behind them.
Consumer spending reflects growing interest in products and services related to health and wellbeing.
Healthcare spending highlights the scale of the challenge and the opportunity to improve how care works.
Supporting healthier habits earlier can be an important part of a long-term health strategy.
Health is shaped by more than one habit. Nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, and daily routines all play a role.
As a practitioner in preventive healthcare, I believe we have a unique and extraordinary opportunity to lead a new era of care, one that doesn't wait for disease to occur before taking action.
By bringing together evidence-based nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies, we can create a more personalized approach that supports each person's needs, circumstances, and long-term health.
This is more than a shift in healthcare. It's a movement.
Your participation matters. Together, we can help shape the future of preventive care through education, practical support, and a deeper understanding of the factors that influence our health.
Better Health Starts at the Root.
